Stage 3 TD42 Power Upgrade
Aftermarket Fuel Pump & Turbo
At United Fuel Injection, we have developed a High Performance modification to suit the Nissan Patrol TD42 factory turbo vehicles. This upgrade is designed to achieve the maximum power and torque from the TD42T and Ti engines. Consisting of a heavily modified fuel pump and aftermarket replacement turbo, this modification is for the enthusiast looking for for bigger power figures than our standard Nissan upgrade.
Stage 3 in power upgrades for the TD42 factory turbo is to replace the factory turbo with an aftermarket Mitsubishi TD05 that we have selected and modified to suit applications that require low down torque and the extra drive-ability that comes with that. This upgrade is not application specific and can be fitted to any combination of TD42 either intercooled or non-intercooled.
Once this turbo has been custom fitted to suit your application we tune your pump to suit taking into account your requirements. This upgrade can be coupled with a modified pump to really get the best out of your TD42. The dyno printout below shows a result over a STD TD42Ti with no internal pump modifications just a good tune.
